Job Description

  • Our client is a financial institution that provides share management, capital raising, investment, market research, analysis and advisory services in Corporate Finance, Equities and Fixed Income Markets to diversified clientele.
  • The Brand and Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of brand communication, corporate messaging, and public relations initiatives to enhance the company's reputation, increase brand awareness, and support business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand communication strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers to secure positive coverage and enhance brand visibility, including drafting press releases, handling media inquiries, and coordinating interviews with company executives.
  • Manage the company's digital presence, including website content, social media accounts, and email campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of corporate branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Create compelling written and visual content for various communication materials, such as newsletters, internal announcements, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company at events, organize and oversee company events, conferences, and speaking engagements to promote brand awareness and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment between brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, media coverage, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage crisis communication strategies and respond promptly to any issues or reputational risks.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in brand communication and

corporate affairs

Requirements

  • B.Sc. marketing, communication, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or
  • related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Must possess 7 years minimum experience in corporate communications in the finance sector
  • Strong understanding of brand development, messaging, and positioning strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling
  • narratives and presentations.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and
  • external stakeholders.
  • Experience in media relations, crisis communications, and executive communication is a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies in a corporate
  • environment.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media management,
  • content management systems, and email marketing software.
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
