Expr:  5-10 Years (FMCG) as Brand and Marketing Manager.

Qualification – HND/BSC in marketing or other relevant areas. Professional qualification will be an added advantage. 

Technical Competencies: Marketing Strategy Development, Graphic Design, Data Analysis, Microsoft Office Suite, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Project Management, Communication Skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Suggest and implement creative ideas for marketing operations.
  2. Recommending strategies to position the brand for growth.
  3. Analyzing brands of competitors, consumer trends and shopping behavior.
  4. Brand Positioning and Brand Identity.
  5. Monitoring the performance of a brand through key performance indicators (KPI).
  6. Organizing product launches and promotional event
  7. Oversee design projects and creative workflows from conception to delivery.
  8. Contribute to the development and optimization of marketing campaigns, actively participating in product launches and promotion initiatives.
  9. Ensure brand consistency in the look, tone, and feel across all deliverable.
  10. Managing marketing executive working for the brand.
  11. Working with advertising agencies to manage the brand’s marketing campaigns.
  12. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on brand objectives
  13. Internal & External Stakeholder management.
  14. Planning, developing, training and empowering existing down line human resources to take on additional and higher responsibilities.
