Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the OL (Opinion Leader) and the place of product promotion and adjust to the specified target
- Continue distribution of purchase orders to sales teams at branches or authorized Distributors.
- Evaluate the process and ensure Detailing, Presentation and Sampling activities are on target
- Evaluate processes and visit Opinion Leaders regarding Detailing, Presentation and Sampling activities
- Evaluate the process and ensure that promotional activities are carried out according to the concept, procedures, and targets set.
- Ensure that promotional materials are in accordance with set concepts, procedures and targets
- Ensure the emergence of consumer confidence related to product benefits through Detailing, Presentation, and Sampling activities to Opinion Leaders
- Ensure activities related to external parties are in accordance with the targets and time set
- Disseminate knowledge and expertise to other employees to support the creation of a high performance organization.
- You are to propose the needs of each business process
- Preparation of activity reports and administration of operational activities.
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in the same position in medical line will be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
- Time management skills.
