We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Communication Executive to join our team. As a BCE, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that strengthen the brand image, enhance customer engagement, and support overall business objectives.

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for determining Opinion Leaders and promotional locations in their respective areas, conducting Detailing/Presentation/Sampling activities and running according to plan, conducting promotional activities and being responsible for promo materials, preparing budgets and reports on their use, as well as reports on marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Determine the OL (Opinion Leader) and the place of product promotion and adjust to the specified target
Continue distribution of purchase orders to sales teams at branches or authorized Distributors.
Evaluate, process and visit Opinion Leaders regarding Detailing, Presentation and Sampling activities
Ensure that promotional activities are carried out according to the concept, procedures, and targets set.
Ensure that promotional materials are in accordance with set concepts, procedures and targets
Ensure the emergence of consumer confidence related to product benefits through Detailing, Presentation, and Sampling activities to Opinion Leaders
Ensure activities related to external parties are in accordance with the targets and time set
Disseminate knowledge and expertise to other employees to support the creation of a high performance organization.
Propose the needs of each business process that is the field of work
Preparation of activity reports and administration of operational activities.

Requirements:

  • HND or BSC in Marketing, Communications, Social Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2 - 3 years work experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to ride a bike/wiliness to learn
