Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Brand & Communications Strategist who will be responsible for driving the brand image, visibility, and growth of the company. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with data-driven execution to boost awareness, sign-ups, and engagement across digital channels. This person will work closely with the Product and Business Development teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Branding & Positioning – Own and manage the public image of the company, ensuring consistent brand identity, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
- Awareness & Visibility – Develop strategies to keep the company “in the face of everybody,” with the ultimate goal of boosting sign-ups and active users.
- Campaigns & Ads – Plan, execute, and monitor online advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive awareness, conversions, and customer acquisition.
- Creatives – Conceptualize and develop creative contents for marketing campaigns and social media engagement.
- Social Media Management – Oversee daily social media activities, create engaging posts, manage communities, and track performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with the Product and Business Development teams to design and execute promotions, feature launches, and product awareness campaigns.
- Push Notifications & CRM – Manage push notifications, email marketing, and other customer engagement tools to increase retention and usage.
- Analytics & Reporting – Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Trend Monitoring – Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities to keep the company ahead in the market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Similar role or Digital Marketer, Social Media Manager.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and ad managers (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Ability to create compelling content.
- Solid understanding of brand positioning and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, BD, etc.).
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.
Preferred:
- Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or startups.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM and automation tools.
