Job Summary
- We’re looking for a Brand Designer to join our corporate comms and Content Studio in Nigeria. As an excellent visual and motion designer, you’ll play a crucial role in helping our in-house creative team create and maintain impactful and consistent visual assets that resonate with our global audience.
- The ideal candidate will be someone who can think of big ideas and pay attention to little details at the same time. We’re looking for an ambitious and passionate creative who knows how to take ownership of tasks, collaborate effectively, and implement feedback while working closely with other team members and project owners.
Here’s how you’ll be powering dreams with our Content Studio team:
- Brand Identity Development: You’ll collaborate with team members and project owners to translate communication objectives and user insights into visually impactful designs that reinforce our brand identity and connect with the world our customers live in.
- Creative Storytelling: You’ll communicate ideas and beliefs with imagination and conviction, using creativity to challenge assumptions and explore new possibilities.
- End-to-End Visual Design: You’ll produce modern, high-end designs for publications, presentations, event experience booths, and various brand experiences, showing design applications through mockups/real-life scenarios and ensuring excellent execution from printers and fabricators.
- Motion Graphics and Illustration: Occasionally, you’ll create design illustrations and motion graphics to support social media content and other brand communications as needed.

- Strong Portfolio: You have a portfolio of high-impact, consumer-facing work demonstrating excellent typographic, layout, hierarchy, and technical skills across both digital and print media.
- Marketing Understanding: You have a solid grasp of the marketing channels and know how to design with purpose. Experience with art direction, photography, and storyboarding is a plus.
- Creative Ideation: You’re comfortable generating creative ideas for various channels and can spot opportunities for brand storytelling.
- Collaborative Spirit: You’ve worked with copywriters and other creatives to shape messaging that enhances design.
- Presentation Skills: You’re confident in building presentations and taking stakeholders through your process, ideas, and solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: You’re solutions-focused, seeking to understand the real outcomes of a brief before diving into creative solutions.
- Organized and Proactive: You can manage complex projects, work with different teams, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: You’re adept with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, or confident in quickly learning new tools if necessary.
- Bonus Skills: A basic knowledge of After Effects and/or Cinema 4D.
