Role Description
- The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, managing brand partnerships, analyzing market trends, coordinating marketing campaigns, and overseeing product launches. - We’re seeking a creative and driven Brand Manager to lead and elevate the BrandCo brand. If you have experience in brand strategy, consumer insights, and driving innovative marketing initiatives, this is the opportunity for you!
As our Brand Manager, you will:
- Develop and Execute Brand Strategy – Lead the development of a comprehensive brand strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, resonates with our target audience, and positions the brand for long-term growth.
- Creative Campaigns & Messaging – Conceptualize and launch innovative marketing campaigns that showcase the essence of our brand, from digital and social media to offline advertising.
- Consumer Insights – Conduct research and gather insights to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity, using this data to refine brand positioning and messaging.
- Brand Consistency – Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints, from product packaging and website design to advertising and social media channels.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment on brand strategy and drive seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Measure & Optimize – Monitor brand health and campaign performance, using analytics to continuously improve marketing efforts and drive brand equity and customer loyalty.
Qualification:
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or consumer goods, with a proven track record of building and growing brands.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent project management skills. Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or certifications in brand management are a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Bonus: Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or in retail is a plus!
