We acquired the Issue and Argencos groups in Argentina, leaders in hair colour, in 2010, and expanded our footprint to Chile through the acquisition of a 60 per cent stake in Cosmetica Nacional. The UK based Keyline Brands, which we acquired in 2005, plays in hair and personal care. We also have a business in the Middle East and a strong presence across SAARC countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Development:
- Analyze consumer insights, market data, and competitor activity to inform branding decisions.
- Develop and implement long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice across all platforms.
Marketing & Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute brand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to create impactful social media, email, and content marketing strategies.
- Oversee advertising and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
P&L management:
- Manage the brand P&L to ensure EBITDA delivery for the year. Look out for opportunities to improve profitability and operate campaigns with a ROI mindset
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to optimize results.
New product launches
- Prepare business case for new launches and manage the entire launch network
- Collaborate with all functions across Nigeria and India to ensure timely launch
Who are we looking for?
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of market research, branding principles, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
- Creativity and ability to think strategically.
- Experience working with design and advertising teams is a plus.
