Role Description
- We are seeking a Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of the firm’s brand strategy while also supporting internal growth initiatives. This role involves business development support, internal branding, digital presence, and strategic communications. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, growth-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a consistent brand and communication strategy.
- Manage content across blogs, newsletters, legal alerts, and visual media.
- Analyze and report on brand performance.
- Oversee website, social media, SEO, and online reputation.
- Secure opportunities for thought leadership, features, and external visibility.
- Promote brand culture through internal communications and onboarding.
- Assist with business development, client engagement, and pitch materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Law, or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in brand management, growth strategy, marketing, or business development (preferably in professional services).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with content marketing, digital tools, and social media platforms.
- Research, coordination, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Growth-oriented and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement
