Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager for a real estate company.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee the creation, development, and execution of all media-related activities, ensuring high-quality content and effective communication strategies that align with our company's goals and values.
  • This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking to enhance our brand presence and support our marketing and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of media professionals, including graphic designers, content creators, and social media managers.
  • Develop and implement media strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, and print materials.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s brand voice, style, and messaging.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive media plans that support the company’s marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the company’s media efforts current and effective.
  • Manage multiple media projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image through strategic media efforts including traditional media.
  • Ensure all media activities are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines and overall marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and other departments to understand their needs and provide media support.
  • Present media plans and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 years and above experience in a senior role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in media production tools and software.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for media and content creation.
