Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of media professionals, including graphic designers, content creators, and social media managers.
- Develop and implement media strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team and with other departments.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, and print materials.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s brand voice, style, and messaging.
- Develop and execute comprehensive media plans that support the company’s marketing and sales initiatives.
- Analyze and report on media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the company’s media efforts current and effective.
- Manage multiple media projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image through strategic media efforts including traditional media.
- Ensure all media activities are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines and overall marketing strategy.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and other departments to understand their needs and provide media support.
- Present media plans and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6 years and above experience in a senior role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in media production tools and software.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for media and content creation.
