Job Purpose
The Brand Marketer is responsible for leading brand marketing activities and managing multiple marketing programs across the company’s media platforms. He/she will be in charge of managing, coordinating and reporting all digital marketing campaign activities as assigned.
Job Description
- Create and execute marketing strategies focused on leveraging social media platforms.
- Develop engaging content, manage brand campaigns to sell the company’s products and services.
- Staying abreast of the travel industry trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Accountable for managing a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and distribution.
- Assist in the development of annual, long- and short-term marketing strategy and plans.
- Develop and manage marketing programs and partner integration for industry marketing.
- Periodic reporting on brand performance as required by management.
- Maintain the company’s public image through the implementation of marketing initiatives
- Build relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets to foster brand visibility.
- Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency
- Complete research into industry trends and public perception
- Aid in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns and strategies to strengthen the brand identity
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by management.
Competencies Required
- Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing or Management is ideal.
- At least 2 years’ experience in this role or in a similar role.
- Proficency with Microsoft office package such as Work, Excel.
- High level of commitment and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to manage competing priorities
- Strong organization skills with a problem- solving attitude
- Attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, honesty and creativity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill is required.
