Job description

  • Our client, a fast-growing professional services firm in Ogba, Lagos, is hiring a strategic and creative Brand Marketing & Communications Manager to drive the company’s brand visibility and lead innovative multi-channel campaigns.
  • This full-time, office-based role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for storytelling, digital strategy, and B2B engagement. If you have strong marketing instincts, excellent communication skills, and thrive in dynamic, growth-focused environments — we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive marketing and communications strategy across digital and offline platforms.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, newsletters, email marketing, and website updates.
  • Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and roadshows to promote the brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure message consistency.
  • Manage public relations efforts and maintain media relationships.
  • Lead brand refresh projects and ensure up-to-date brand guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Support business development through creative marketing materials and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications, or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand marketing, communications, or PR — B2B or services sector experience preferred.
  • Strong writing, content development, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with event planning, client engagement, and campaign management.
  • Organized, analytical, and confident managing projects from end to end.
  • Familiarity with social media strategy, podcasting, or video editing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and lead initiatives.
