Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Brand building: Responsible for the promotion of the company's brand and culture, establishing official digital bank accounts on local mainstream social media and Internet platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linkind, Google, etc.), and conducting daily operations and content planning.
- Content operation: Participate in the formulation of company brand promotion strategies and plans, and write various promotional copy-writing, public account articles, etc.
- Support community management , organize and build company customer service communities, such as WhatsApp groups, etc., and provide marketing promotion, question answering and other services within the community.
- Support the marketing manager and assist in completing on-site shooting and publicity of company events.
- Assist in monitoring company-related public opinions in various media and Internet platforms, and provide timely guidance and maintenance.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in Journalism, Communication, E-Commerce and other related fields is preferred.
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience, familiar with the operating rules and techniques of new media channels.
- Have good copy-writingand layout design skills, and be familiar with short video and image processing tools.
- Have strong data analysis capabilities and user interaction awareness, and be good at tracking and optimizing user feedback.
- Good communication skills and teamwork awareness, strong learning ability, innovation ability, aesthetic ability, responsibility and passion.
- Be familiar with Internet industry trends and company products, and be sensitive to industry news and hot events.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
