Role Overview
- As the Brand & Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand image, increase market share, and drive sales growth.
- You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Manage the brand's visual identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Develop and execute public relations and media relations strategies to build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective marketing support programs.
- Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven track record in brand management and marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
