We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and developing strategies to improve business efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and functional specifications.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
