Job Summary

You will bridge the gap between IT and business objectives, ensuring the successful completion of analytical, testing, and deployment tasks. Reporting to the Lead of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in delivering insights and solutions to improve processes and achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modelling to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and create detailed documentation of business requirements.
  • Design business process and data models to illustrate current and future states.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through validation and monitoring.
  • Perform quality assurance and manage changes to business requirements with impact analysis.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend strategies to enhance operations.
  • Liaise with product teams, data scientists, and stakeholders to define and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Support business forecasting by preparing and reviewing performance and process reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
  • Advanced experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques, data transformation processes, and data governance.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with software development and process documentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven insights.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
