Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data, trends, and KPIs to support decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
- Solution Development: Work closely with IT and functional teams to design and implement effective business solutions.
- Reporting and Documentation: Develop reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
- Project Support: Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and process modeling tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis/ Project management are highly desirable.
