Packages Coca-Cola is available in: 35cl and 50cl classic glass contour bottle; 33cl on-the-go Can, 50cl and 1.5L PET bottle. Ingredients Carbonated water, sugar, Carbon-dioxide, caffeine, Phosphoric acid, caramel color and flavouring.

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

  • The Business Analytics Manager is a pivotal role that operates under the guidance of the Head of Business Analytics to implement data-driven strategies and insights across the organization.
  • This person is responsible for managing and executing analytics projects, providing insights to support strategic decision-making, and optimizing operational efficiency through data analytics.
  • The role involves close collaboration with country Data Analytics and AI Managers, Group Data Science team and cross-functional Group and Country stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organization’s overall vision and analytics strategies.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management and Execution:

  • Lead DIA related analytics projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they align with the strategic roadmap developed by the markets as per annual Business Plan
  • Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations for analytics initiatives.

Data Analysis and Insights Generation:

  • Perform detailed analysis to check quality and adequacy of data, uncover insights that support business objectives, focusing on revenue growth opportunities and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with data scientists, Business Intelligence, and Insights Managers to refine data models and algorithms for business applications.

Team Collaboration and Support:

  • Act as a bridge between DIA team and business units, translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Support country DIA managers by providing analytical tools, insights, and best practices to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with DTPS to prioritise analytics tasks and provide guidance during pilot and roll-out phase of analytical use-cases.

Performance Measurement:

  • Develop and refine key business indicators (KBIs) and dashboards to track and report on business performance and value realisation (Sop) behind key DIA initiatives/solutions. 
  • Analyse performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor quality of data after go-live and provide guidance to country DIA managers and Group DTPS 

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and technologies in business analytics to propose and implement improvements to analytics practices within CCHBC.
  • Encourage and facilitate innovation within the team by fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely with stakeholders across group and country functions to understand their analytics needs and deliver solutions that are relevant and drive value for business.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Operational Research, Data Science, , Statistics, or other related field.
  • Proven experience in business analytics (>5 years), data analysis, or a similar role, preferably similar industry with multinational exposure.
  • Proven experience in leading Route to Market, Revenue Growth Management and Supply Chain domain projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling, data mining, using analytics solutions (e.g., PowerBI, SQL, Python).
  • Experience with data warehouse applications (SAP BW) and CRM systems (D365)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership qualities and team collaboration skills.
