JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Head of Business Analysis and Operations to analyze existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams under the guidance of senior leadership to optimize processes for increased efficiency.
- Assist in utilizing data analysis techniques to extract insights into operational performance.
- Contribute to the development and presentation of reports, communicating findings, and recommending data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements across different business segments.
- Support in documenting and prioritizing requirements for effective project execution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance measures to ensure consistent and high-quality operational outputs.
- Support in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to operational quality.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives under the guidance of senior management for continuous improvement.
- Foster collaboration between all CIL business segments to create integrated and efficient operations.
- Act as a support liaison between different functions to ensure a cohesive approach.
- Identify opportunities for technology integration to enhance operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support the implementation of technology solutions that optimize business operations.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Operations Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the context of business operations optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or any relevant field
- Professional certification is an added advantage.
- Must have completed NYSC
