JOB OVERVIEW

  • We are looking to hire a talented strategy consultant to assist our clients in improving their business performance. In this role, you will be identifying key areas for improvement, conducting market research, and suggesting strategies to boost company performance.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Meeting with clients to discuss business goals and objectives.
  • Conducting market research and studying market trends.
  • Collaborate with partners across functions including strategy, finance, analytics, marketing, digital, product management, and technology.
  • Prepare briefings, talking points and business plans in support of industry engagement.
  • Develop and manage project plans, status reports, management and committee updates.
  • Coordinate and serve as project manager across strategic initiatives.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with clients and manage client expectations.
  • Use both quantitative and qualitative insights to support your recommendation.
  • Present recommendations for highly complex sales opportunities and solutions when leading project teams.
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure partner implementations are on track and delivering against plan.
  • Take the lead in solving the problems that arise during the execution of programs with partners.
  • Ensure client goals and project timelines are being met.
  • Analyzing existing company processes and workflows.
  • Evaluating the practices and market behavior of industry competitors.
  • Creating and presenting analysis reports.
  • Devising strategies to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth.
  • Overseeing the implementation of updated business strategies.
  • Reviewing and analyzing the efficacy of revised business strategies.
  • Monitoring the long-term effects of business changes.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, business management or similar.
  • Experience in a consulting environment as a consultant.
  • 5+ years experience as a strategy consultant.
  • Detailed knowledge of industry trends and market behavior.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of management frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of financial analysis.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Report writing skills.
