Job Overview

  • As the Client Services and Account Strategy Manager, you will oversee client accounts, develop strategic campaigns, and lead the client services team to deliver high-impact results.
  • You will act as the liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, satisfaction, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client meetings, receive briefs, and develop actionable strategies for diverse campaigns.
  • Supervise account and content teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within
  • scope.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring their objectives are met.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns for lifestyle, corporate, and entertainment sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless campaign execution.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients to foster business growth.
  • Identify and bring in new clients to expand the agency's portfolio.
  • Analyze market trends to inform strategic communication efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in client account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships.
  • Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies.
  • Previous leadership experience, managing teams, and leading client accounts.

Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
