Key Responsibilities
Digital Presence Development:
- Work with the Director and staff to develop and maintain the institution's web and digital presence.
- Manage digital platforms, including the website, social media, and email newsletters, ensuring engaging and consistent content.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling written and visual content, including press releases, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Manage the design and production of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.
Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement approved communication strategies to promote the institution’s vision and activities.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies for greater impact.
Public Relations:
- Foster relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders to enhance public relations efforts.
- Support event promotions, including live streaming, video production, and social media coverage.
Digitalisation and Speechwriting:
- Facilitate hybrid learning and digitalization of training content.
- Assist in speechwriting as a member of the Speechwriting Team.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media management, website administration, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong visual design skills with experience in graphic design and video editing software.
- Analytical skills to measure and improve digital campaign performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage diverse audiences.
- Basic knowledge of politics and governance or a willingness to learn.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
