Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support: Manage daily operations and workflows within the communications team to ensure an efficient and cohesive approach.
- Internal and external communications: Oversee social media engagement, including responding to comments and direct messages (DMs), and manage newsletters and blog content.
- Social media performance: Prepare and deliver monthly reports on the performance of all social media platforms.
- Post scheduling: Ensure posts are consistently scheduled and published across all platforms to maintain an active and engaging online presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in communications, social media management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and tools for scheduling posts.
- Analytical skills for tracking social media performance and generating reports.
- Passion for women's empowerment and development is a plus!
