As the Community Engagement Specialist, you will be at the forefront of client servicing and communication of the career coaching arm of TIE Consulting Ltd. The core communication channels which the brand leverages are: Converkit Email Newsletters, the CEO’s personal LinkedIn account, the CEO’s Instagram account, and YouTube.
The ideal candidate needs to ensure all engagements and communication strategically pursue new clients, convert engagements to paying clients and retain existing customers by keeping them satisfied. Thus, credible skills in adaptability, consultative selling and self-leadership will be essential to thrive in this role.
We don’t expect you to have it all, as you will have adequate support and training within your first two months.
The ideal candidate for this role however should be a very reliable person, with a can-do attitude and a lot of courage to adequately deliver on this role.
Responsibilities
Function as the CEO’s Assistant on research, admin and personal projects e.g. Supporting in scheduling paid client meetings via Calendly for the CEO and taking off admin responsibilities to ensure the CEO keeps her focus on more strategic things.
Conceptualize thought leadership content and marketing campaigns on Converkit, LinkedIn (Newsletter/Posts), and Instagram. This would involve leveraging texts, video, graphics, photos, & infographics and leveraging technology to pre-schedule posts.
Responding to relevant queries, in-mails and comments on slated social media platforms, even as you grow to understand the brand’s voice, stance and thoughts.
Sourcing and curating relatable, inspiring, entertaining and enlightening videos, content and virtual events regarding the career, life needs, pains and issues that matter to the ideal kind of candidates being targeted.
Observing other thought leaders’ social media content particularly LinkedIn Top Voices, to advise on better ways to position the brand.
Honor complimentary coaching calls, as a way to close in/get in potential clients and understand their needs which may influence the brand’s comms. & events strategy.
Project manage end-to-end logistics required for periodic virtual events – speaker schedule/reminder, flier designs, marketing campaign pre/on/post the event.
Leveraging research to identify partnership opportunities for the brand and relevant speakers for virtual events.
Continuously enhance existing business processes for the career coaching service eg. ensuring two (2) weeks of content is pre-scheduled, whilst participating in some branding engagements.
