- At Social Growth we are looking for Social Media-team Lead-Digital Marketing who will lead our growing Social Media and content team & strategize for our clients. As a Social Media and content team Leader, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing and monitoring our companies & clients social media and content strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Social Media and content Specialists & co-ordinate with Project Managers.
- Develop, implement and manage all the clients social media strategies.
- Define the most important social media KPIs.
- Manage and oversee social media content.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Be on top of global social media trends on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.
- Hire and train others in the team.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, English, Communications, or similar fields
- At least 4 years of experience in writing and editing, and at least 2 in management
- Impeccable writing and grammar skills
- Deep interest in the constantly changing social media algorithms
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
- Experience using analytics tools, such as Facebook Insights and Google Analytics
