You will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (phone calls, email outreach, social media, personal marketing).
- Building Relationships: Develop rapport with leads, understand their needs, and present our products/services as solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations highlighting the value proposition and addressing customer concerns.
- Telesales & Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with existing clients.
- Brand & Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives such as creating social media content, email campaigns, or market research.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on progress towards targets.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic?
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Is a confident and persuasive presenter with the ability to build rapport quickly?
- Has a strong desire to learn and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience in sales (especially B2B) is a plus, but not mandatory.
Ideal candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor\'s & HND Degree with at least a Second Class Upper Division (2:2) from a reputable university.
- Skills in creative thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, customer obsession, flexibility, interpersonal skills, and active listening.
- The ability to build a solid pipeline is key to success in the sales cycle, and it is essential to the success in this role.
- Between age 18- 30 years Old Strictly.
- Proximity to Obalende, Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo & Victoria Island, Lagos.
