Job Responsibilities:
- Research and develop engaging high-quality content for our social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials.
- Develop content calendars and recommend campaign strategies.
- Manage and update social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment on short deadlines.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Define the most important social media KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content development and social media.
Requirements Key Requirements
- B.Sc degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or in any related field.
- 2-4 years’ experience as a content developer/social media executive.
- Proven experience in content development and social media management.
- Strong research and critical thinking skills.
- Good branding and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
- Strong command of social media best practices, trends and platform changes.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
