- Join our Content Team as a Junior Executive – Creative Content Copywriter and help us turn briefs into brilliant ideas and stories that resonate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, compelling, and error-free copy for ads, scripts, digital/social media, websites, and pitch decks across business units and client brands.
- Participate in the development of creative strategies, content pillars, and posting calendars that bring brand voices to life.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Media, Creative, Digital, Strategy, and Activation for seamless campaign execution.
- Co-develop and implement social media content strategies, manage community engagement, and respond to brand mentions and feedback.
- Support the team with research and idea generation, contributing to creative ideation, brainstorms, and client planning sessions.
- Ensure proper alignment with brand tone, messaging, and communication guidelines.
- Maintain safe custody of all communication and creative assets, including brand books and content guidelines.
- Occasionally attend client meetings and tissue sessions to present creative concepts and support client relationships.
- Support in developing junior members of the content team and continuously improve your own creative writing skills.
Requirements:
- A degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or creative writing within an agency or media-related environment.
- Strong grasp of grammar, storytelling, brand voice, and digital content formats.
- Ability to take a brief and turn it into an emotionally engaging, insightful copy.
- A creative thinker who’s passionate about learning and growing in a fast-paced media environment.
- Team player with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
