We operate from our Head Office in Lagos, with operational branches in Abuja and Port-Harcourt.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or any related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital content creation, social media management and stakeholders’ engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies that support business objectives.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

  • Develop the organisation’s corporate messaging to ensure consistency and alignment with brand values and business objectives.
  • Craft compelling content including posts, images, videos and graphics that communicate the organisation’s mission, vision and key messages.
  • Develop and drive social media strategies to enhance the organisation’s online presence and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture a community of followers, respond to comments, inquiries, and engage in conversations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align communication strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms.
  • Identify customer trends to help with planning social media campaigns.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications to employees, keeping them informed and engaged with company news and updates.
  • Support crisis communication efforts by providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders and managing communication channels effectively.
