Description 

  • We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Creative Assistant to work closely with our Creative teaming curating and executing engaging entertainment programs.

Key Responsibilities
Costume Management:

  • Oversee costume inventory, maintenance, and preparation for performances.
  • Ensure performers’ costumes are ready, fit appropriately, and align with event themes.

Event Flow Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and managing the seamless execution of event schedules.
  • Ensure transitions during performances and events are smooth and engaging.

Rehearsal Attendance:

  • Attend and assist during rehearsals, ensuring performers are supported and event plans are executed efficiently.
  • Provide feedback and logistical support to performers and the creative team.

Collaboration with Creative Officer:

  • Work alongside the Creative Officer to bring concepts and visions to life.
  • Support with administrative tasks, brainstorming sessions, and day-to-day creative operations.

Show Support:

  • Assist with show preparation, including setting up props, costumes, and ensuring all elements are ready.
  • Coordinate with other teams, such as sound, lighting, and operations, to ensure alignment.

Innovation and Problem Solving:

  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance performances and audience experiences.
  • Proactively address and resolve any issues during rehearsals or events.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A passion for creativity, performing arts, and live entertainment.
  • Previous experience in event coordination, theater production, or costume management is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-specific schedules.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take on diverse tasks.
