Responsibilities

  • Lead the storytelling, creative direction and vision for all project documentaries, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand identity.
  • Ensure the production of high-quality creative work that enhances the reputation of the Al-Treuhand brand.
  • Develop compelling narratives that communicate the impact of constructionand architectural projects and their value to our clients.
  • Manage the entire video production process, from concept development to post-production (e.g., motion graphics, color grading, animations).
  • Create, direct, and edit high-quality videos, including promotional materials, client project documentaries, and social media content.
  • Oversee multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align video content with marketing and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and design team to translate complex concepts and ideas into compelling visual content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Oversee the development of creative assets, including digital materials, website content, social media posts, video scripts, and more, ensuring high-quality and consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, project managers, and other departments to ensure cohesive storytelling across visuals and content.
  • Review and approve all visual assets, including layouts, graphics, and other creative elements, before final production.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as photographers, illustrators, and production companies, as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, software, and industry innovations to continuously bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Present creative concepts and finished projects to clients and stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
  • Ensure the highest standards in video editing, including visual quality, sound design, and storytelling coherence.
  • Maintain compliance with copyright regulations by securing rights for video, images, and soundtracks.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field with 3-5 years experience.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior design role, with a portfolio that showcases creative and visually impactful work.
  • Strong knowledge of design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design) and other visual tools.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire creative teams.
  • A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of color, typography, layout, and composition.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and feedback.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience managing video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Knowledge of Architectural and interior design, construction or real estate industry is an added advantage.

Preferred candidate core skill and competency requirement:

  • Storytelling: Ability to develop and execute compelling storytelling that resonate with audiences, leading end-to-end video production from idealization through to final editing, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to pitch and execute creative ideas that align with platform trends and brand objectives.
  • Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram, with a proven track record in video publishing and audience engagement.
  • Video Editing Expertise: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with knowledge of post-production tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Project & Time Management: Capable of managing multiple briefs and deadlines while maintaining a consistent video release schedule.
  • Analytics & Insights: Skilled in interpreting video performance analytics and leveraging data to optimize content and distribution strategies.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with teams and clients, ensuring clear alignment and smooth workflows.
  • Organization & Attention to Detail: Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail in editing, metadata optimization, and copyright compliance.
  • Passion & Energy: Enthusiastic and motivated with a passion for creating engaging video content and growing a strong presence across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
