Job Description
- The Creative Executive will be responsible for conceptualising and executing compelling visual content that aligns with the brand’s identity and marketing goals.
- This includes graphic design for print and digital platforms, branding materials, and product packaging, as well as contributing to the design of new product ideas and innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create engaging graphic content for social media, websites, print materials, and promotional campaigns
- Design branding materials such as logos, flyers, brochures, business cards, and presentations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design strategies and concepts for campaigns
- Create mockups and prototypes for digital products, merchandise, and packaging
- Translate ideas into visual storytelling that resonates with target audiences
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and expectations
- Collaborate with vendors for print production or merchandise development
- Take feedback constructively and apply revisions as needed
Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields
- Design certifications or professional training (advantageous)
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or creative roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of graphic and product design works
- Experience working in a fast-paced, creative team environment
Other Requirements:
- Must own or have access to a functional laptop with design tools installed
- Must be highly proactive and passionate about creativity and design
- Willingness to learn and explore new design methods
- Background check or portfolio assessment may be required.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Coreldraw, or similar design platforms
- Strong understanding of layout, colour theory, and typography
- Ability to develop branding concepts and apply them across different formats
- Product design skills: packaging design, mockups, 3D visualization (an advantage)
- Video editing and animation knowledge (a plus, but not mandatory)
- Excellent creativity and originality
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management and multitasking skills
