Job Summary
- We are looking for a BI Analyst to join our Direct-to-consumer (D2C) team and help us deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize our online sales and marketing strategies.
- You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on our different D2C initiatives, such as consumer behavior, product performance, sales trends, and conversion rates.
- You will also collaborate closely with our DTPS, DIA and dCom teams to identify opportunities and challenges, and provide actionable solutions based on data.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze, clean, and transform data from various sources, such as web analytics, CRM, SAP, and third-party platforms
- Collaborate with DTPS to ensure that all relevant data sources are integrated in data mesh
- Prepare recurrent reporting for senior stakeholders and business owners
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that track and communicate key D2C metrics and KBIs (unit economics, CLTV, RR, NPS etc.)
- Perform exploratory analyses to uncover insights and trends that support data-driven decision making
- Unveil consumer trends, purchasing behaviors and patterns, demographic specifics etc. that drive tailored and targeted marketing activities
- Work closely with the D2C product owners and marketers to understand their business goals and provide data-driven recommendations and solutions
- Communicate and present findings and recommendations to various audiences, both technical and non-technical

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or a similar role
- Proficient in SQL and Excel
- Experience with BI tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience with web analytics tools, preferably Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of D2C business models and e-commerce best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
