JOB PURPOSE:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for advertising the business online, developing, Implementing, and managing marketing campaigns, promoting the company\'s products and services including advertising via website, email campaigns, social media, enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads / customer.
Internal Contacts: Executive Management and all departments.
External Contacts: Opinion Leader, KOL, Agency and Vendor.
Duties and Responsibilities
PLAN AND EXECUTE ALL DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN
- Analyse campaign, suitable communication, create content with suitable communication to customers, deliver messages to customers, execute content across all digital media channels. Including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
GRAPICS DESIGN, BUILD AND MAINTAIN ALL SOCIAL MEDIA
- Be able to handle basic graphic design tasks on their own, working alongside as digital marketers to provide the visual content need, comfortable using basic online graphic design tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe etc.
MEASURE, ANALYZE AND REPORT PERFORMANCE OF ALL DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN
- Monitor the impact of advertising campaigns and quantify the results of their broader marketing efforts. Be able to use analytics tools to track metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI, and continuous optimization of marketing strategies.
IDENTIFY TRENDS, INSIGHT, BUILD BRAND AWARENESS AND OPTIMIZE SPEND BUDGET
- Monitoring industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and insights. Building brand awareness and recognition through strategic positioning, messaging, and storytelling. Leverage various digital channels to disseminate brand messaging, showcase product offerings, and engage target audiences in meaningful ways, ultimately enhancing brand visibility and recall.
BRAINSTORM NEW AND CREATIVE GROWTH STRATEGIES

INTERNAL TEAMS, EXTERNAL AGENCIES AND OTHER VENDOR FOR PAID SEARCH ADVERTISING
- Digital marketers coordinate with sales teams, product managers, customer support, and creative agencies to align marketing efforts with business goals, ensure brand consistency, and deliver seamless customer experiences.
COLLABORATE WITH INFLUENCER MARKETING (MICRO, MACRO MEGA KOL)
- Influencer marketing involves collaborating with social media influencers who can share your brand with their audiences.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Increase the number of followers, reach, views, likes and comments to create an increase in brand awareness across all Digital Marketing channels.
- Number of content / week / month. Create content calendar. Handle customer complaints. Respond to Comment, DM, Reply etc from customers.
- Understanding communication between Digital Marketer and Line Manager.
- Plan, Creating, and Execute all about Digital Marketing Strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND - Marketing/ Management / Communications / Social Sciences / Sciences.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in ATL marketing or a similar role.
