Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Ad Specialist to join our marketing team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and boost conversions.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of successful ad campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels.  Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to ensure optimal ad performance.
  • Create compelling ad copy, images, and videos that align with the company's brand and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and other KPIs.
  • Perform A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of different ad strategies and make datadriven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing goals and strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the advertising budget, ensuring optimal allocation of funds across different campaigns and platforms.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and presentations to stakeholders on the progress and success of ad campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
  • Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).  Excellent understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, and other digital advertising metrics.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad content.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
