Job Summary

The Digital Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s digital marketing strategies and online platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads that contribute to business growth. The role involves managing digital campaigns, social media platforms, website content, and analytics to optimize marketing performance and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Create engaging digital content, including posts, graphics, videos, and reels.
  • Oversee website management upload products, update information, liaise with developers, and ensure accuracy of product details.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and increase revenue.
  • Analyze website and social media traffic; prepare and submit performance reports to management.
  • Optimize digital campaigns using SEO, SEM, and other analytical tools.
  • Organize and coordinate product and model photoshoots, ensuring all logistics, scheduling, and post-production processes are efficiently managed.
  • Maintain the company’s digital asset library (Google Drive), ensuring proper labeling and access management.
  • Create and manage official email accounts, passwords, and digital subscriptions.
  • Provide basic IT support to staff, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Manage online promotions, adverts, and SMS campaigns during special periods.
  • Prepare and manage the monthly digital department budget.
  • Lead monthly digital strategy sessions and submit proposed activities to management.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly departmental reports.

Coordinate the company’s participation in exhibitions and digital collaborations.

Requirements

  • First degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in website management and user funnel optimization.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Basic graphic design and content creation skills.
  • Knowledge of ad serving tools and digital marketing platforms.
