 Job Description
  - As the Growth Lead / Head of Business Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business growth and operations of Alpha’s Touch.
  - This role requires a proactive leader/manager, who can define and execute strategies to increase market share, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  
 Responsibilities
 Strategic Planning:
  - Develop, communicate, and execute the company's business growth strategy, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
  - Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential revenue streams.
  - Contribute & ensure that the overall business goals & targets of the firm are met.
  
 Operational Excellence:
  - Streamline and optimize laundry and dry cleaning operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  - Implement process improvements and initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
  
 Team Leadership:
  - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations and growth team.
  - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the department.
  - Ensure that each team member gives their optimal contribution to the growth of the company.
  
 Business Development & Customer Experience Enhancement:
  - Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with other businesses to expand our customer base.
  - Negotiate and secure long-term contracts with corporate clients. This will typically have its own quarterly target.
  - Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve the overall customer experience.
  - Gather customer feedback and implement improvements based on their insights.
  
 Financial Management:
  - Develop and manage the budget for the marketing and operations departments.
  - Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
  
 Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  - Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain a high level of service quality.
  
 Qualifications
  - A Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  - 2 - 10 years work experience.
  - Proven experience in business operations and management, with a track record of driving growth.
  - Strong leadership and team management skills.
  - Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  - Familiarity with the laundry and dry cleaning industry is a plus.

  - Salary: N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
