We take care of all travel arrangements services including visa’s, Flight Tickets, Hotel Booking, Tour Services, Airport Transfers and Travel Packages to visitors, tourists and business travelers. We offer a spectrum of tailor-made tours packages covering cultural, historical and modern attractions of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the other emirates of Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Um AlQuwain and Fujairah.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Create and schedule engaging content across all social platf/Xorms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twier/X, Business WhatsApp, and relevant classified websites)
- Build and grow followers and engagement for both IMS and Travupadi handles
- Respond to messages, DMs, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional mannerFirst Point of Contact:
- Answerare customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social platforms
- Communicate effectively with local and international travel partners, clients, and customers, and vendors
Package Design & Coordinaon:
- Design and promote unique travel packages for Travupadi
- Coordinate with global travel partners to finalise offerings
Client Engagement (IMS):
- Respond to inquiries related to event management, planning, branded souvenirs, and hamper
- Share package options and customise offerings based on client needs
- Content Creaon & Campaigns:
- Assist in the development of digital marketing campaigns
- Source and edit visuals, videos, and tesmonials
- Administrative & Managerial Support:
- Assist with any other related tasks as assigned by the line manager

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Social media savvy with a good eye for design and digital trends
- Experience with digital marketing, content planning, and community management
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Previous experience in travel, events, or branding will be an advantage
