Job Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic Digital & Communications Associate to support its brand and corporate communication efforts.
- This role will manage the Google SGE project, assist in managing corporate digital channels, and ensure seamless internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the SGE Project:
- Execute Google SGE Action Plans – Implement all directives from the parent company related to Google SGE across affected platforms.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams – Work closely with content, tech, SEO, and editorial teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment with Google SGE requirements.
- Monitor Performance & Compliance – Track implementation progress, analyze data, and ensure adherence to Google’s evolving guidelines.
- Stakeholder Communication & Reporting – Provide regular updates to leadership and relevant teams, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and optimizations.
- Risk Management & Troubleshooting – Identify potential issues with Google SGE updates, strategize solutions, and ensure minimal disruptions.
- Maintain Project Documentation – Keep detailed records of progress, testing results, and impact analysis for continuous improvement and future strategy.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and update Pulse’s corporate social media channels, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Curate and create engaging content, including LinkedIn posts, corporate blog articles, case studies, and executive thought leadership pieces.
- Monitor and report on social media analytics, providing insights to improve audience engagement.
- Assist in community management, responding to enquiries and comments, and fostering engagement on corporate platforms.
Communications & Cross-Functional Support:
- Assist in implementing internal communication strategies, including newsletters and employee engagement initiatives.
- Work with internal teams to source content (client testimonials, project highlights, case studies, employee relations, etc.) for corporate communications.
- Support planning and coordination for corporate events, industry summits, and Pulse’s presence at key industry engagements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Google SGE, ChatGPT, and other AI-driven tools,
- 1-2 years experience in communications, digital marketing, editorial or related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling corporate content.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Ability to analyse data and generate reports on digital performance and brand perception.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools, and content management systems (CMS).
