We are seeking highly motivated Digital Executives who will also serve as Content Creators to manage and grow our digital presence. The role requires creativity, technical skills, and hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and social media management. Candidates will be responsible for creating engaging content, running online campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand visibility across all digital channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the company’s digital presence across all social media and online platforms
- Develop end-to-end content: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing
- Produce engaging social media posts, promotional videos, reels, graphics, and written content tailored for each platform
- Plan and run sponsored ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and other relevant channels
- Manage advertising campaigns including targeting, budgeting, and optimization
- Track, measure, and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations
- Research content trends, competitor strategies, and audience behaviour to inform campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure all content aligns with company goals and messaging
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions
- Manage content posting schedules and ensure timely uploads with high engagement
- Respond to audience interactions such as comments, messages, and inquiries when applicable
- Apply SEO techniques, keywords, and tags to improve digital visibility
- Brainstorm and execute creative marketing ideas to increase reach and conversions
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools
- Demonstrate strong creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
- Hands-on experience with video production, editing, graphics design, and content writing
- Knowledge of paid digital advertising platforms and analytics
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
