Role Overview
- We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Digital Instructional Facilitator to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful digital learning experiences to students and educators across various platforms.
- You will work closely with our curriculum development team to facilitate coding, STEM, and digital literacy programs, ensuring they are accessible, interactive, and aligned with Coderina's educational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate online and in-person digital literacy, coding, and STEM workshops for students and educators.
- Develop and implement instructional strategies that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to refine and adapt educational materials for different audiences.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure successful learning outcomes.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance the delivery of instructional content.
- Engage with students, educators, and stakeholders to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital education and integrate innovative practices into the facilitation process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital instruction, facilitation, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of coding languages (e.g., Python, Scratch) and STEM education.
- Interest in robotics education (training will be provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Proficiency in using digital learning platforms and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for education and a commitment to empowering young people through technology.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working in a non-profit or educational organization.
- Certification in instructional design or digital education.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
