- We are seeking a creative and customer-focused Digital Marketer & Personal Shopper to drive brand growth and provide an exceptional, tailored shopping experience for our clients.
- You will be responsible for managing our online presence, crafting engaging content, and utilizing digital channels to reach potential customers.
- Simultaneously, you will act as a personal shopper, providing expert recommendations, sourcing items, and guiding clients through their purchasing journey, both virtually and in-person.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth:
- Campaign Management: Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), email, and web platforms to increase brand visibility.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling written and visual content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and engaging social media posts.
- SEO/SEM Optimization: Optimize website content and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to improve organic and paid search rankings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, website traffic, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics and social insights.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest advertising, fashion, and retail trends to ensure our offerings are competitive
Personal Shopper & Customer Experience:
- Client Consultations: Conduct detailed virtual or in-person consultations to understand client style preferences, budget constraints, and shopping objectives.
- Tailored Recommendations: Actively listen to customers to provide expert product recommendations, selecting items that fit their needs.
- Order Management: Execute shopping missions, process orders, manage returns, and coordinate deliveries efficiently.
- Relationship Management: Maintain detailed client profiles and purchase histories to offer personalized, long-term styling and purchasing advice.
- Virtual Shopping Services: Utilize live video consultations to showcase products and guide clients through online purchases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (Preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, social media management, or e-commerce, combined with retail or personal shopping experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager), social media platforms, and website analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating persuasive sales copy and maintaining high-quality client interaction.
- Creativity & Trend Awareness: Strong knowledge of current fashion, luxury brands, or niche market trends.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and sales.
- Organizational Ability: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and tasks simultaneously.
