Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing online campaigns to promote company’s products or services across multiple digital channels. This role focuses on building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, generating leads, and increasing conversions by leveraging platforms such as social media, websites, email, search engines, and paid advertising. The Digital Marketer blends creativity, data-driven insights, and technical expertise to achieve measurable business results while staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Define target audiences and campaign goals for maximum impact.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content (written, visual, and video) tailored for different platforms. Ensure brand voice consistency across all digital channels.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve search rankings. Drive organic traffic by implementing best SEO practices.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Plan and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.). Track ROI and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts and create campaigns to build brand presence. Engage with customers and monitor conversations across platforms.
  • Email Marketing: Create and distribute targeted email campaigns to promote products, nurture leads, and retain customers. Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns. 
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign data, and prepare performance reports. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously test, measure, and refine digital campaigns for better results. Apply data-driven insights to improve conversions and ROI.
  • Market Research: Research market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour. Apply findings to inform strategy and content development.
  • Collaboration: Partner with designers, developers, and copywriters to deliver cohesive campaigns. Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts.

Requirement:

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creativity: Strong ability to design innovative and engaging campaigns.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and implement long-term marketing plans.
  • Communication: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Eagerness to stay updated with evolving digital marketing trends and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot (an advantage).
  • Demonstrated success in running measurable and effective digital campaigns.
