Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic on the Bank’s platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage content on various platforms using content management systems (CMS).
  • Write engaging and persuasive content for advertisements, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to create Value Added Services (VAS) and translate existing traditional banking practices into innovative digital banking strategies.
  • Oversee social media accounts and create graphic designs and engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Utilize SQL to analyze data and generate insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute e-commerce initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Relevant undergraduate Degree.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including performance marketing and social media management
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) to manage website content
  • Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies
  • Graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing materials
  • Understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
