Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to attract and engage lounge patrons.
- Curate high-quality, brand-aligned content, including photos, videos, and reels.
- Plan weekly content calendars for consistent posting on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Brand Awareness & Customer Engagement
- Design and implement campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer interest in lounge offerings, events, and special promotions.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster an active online community to build loyalty.
Event Promotion & Marketing
- Strategically promote events, themed nights, and guest appearances to drive attendance.
- Collaborate with event organizers and influencers for maximum visibility.
Influencer & Partnership Collaborations
- Identify and manage relationships with local influencers, bloggers, and content creators to increase lounge visibility.
- Monitor the impact of influencer partnerships to ensure alignment with brand goals and audience appeal.
SEO & Content Optimization
- Optimize all digital content for search engines to improve online visibility and attract high-quality traffic.
- Write SEO-friendly updates or blog posts about new menu items, events, and lounge features.
Email Marketing Campaigns
- Develop and execute email campaigns to engage subscribers, announce events, and offer exclusive deals.
- Analyze metrics such as open rates and click-throughs to refine email strategy.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and report on key digital metrics, including engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare performance reports and suggest adjustments based on data insights.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads targeting lounge-goers.
- Optimize budget allocation to achieve maximum reach and return on investment.
Customer Feedback & Reputation Management
- Monitor and respond to reviews on Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor to uphold a positive online reputation.
- Implement strategies to encourage patrons to leave positive feedback.
Website Management
- Update the lounge’s website with current promotions, events, and content to reflect the lounge’s atmosphere.
- Ensure mobile optimization and user-friendly navigation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or entertainment.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics.
- Experience with SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster customer engagement.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong project management abilities.
