Purpose of the Job:

The Digital Marketer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence, visibility, and engagement of the company. In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager will help shape innovative digital media strategies, execute media plans, and optimize marketing campaign performance against key KPIs, as an essential member of the Marketing Activation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at boosting online sales, acquiring new customers, and increasing brand awareness.
  • Strategize and oversee digital advertising campaigns, display, social media ads, and other paid media channels, with the goal of achieving targeted ROI.
  • Optimize website content, conduct keyword research, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance organic search rankings.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, incorporating segmentation, automation, to optimize customer engagement and retention.
  • Cultivate and sustain a robust social media presence, crafting and curating compelling content to expand our audience and drive traffic to the website.
  • Continuously analyze user behavior and website performance to enhance conversion rates and refine the customer journey.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, delivering regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the eCommerce space.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a HND/BSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in digital marketing roles, demonstrating successful strategy implementation and results. 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, content management systems, and email marketing platforms. 
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices/
  • Knowledge of email marketing strategies and tools.
  • Experience with content creation and digital tools is a plus/
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and online channels.
