Job Description:

  • We’re looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketer to help us reach and convert our target audience online. From ad creatives to landing page copy, you’ll be responsible for managing digital channels that drive traffic, leads, and enrollments. Bonus if you’re comfortable collaborating with community managers to tailor content based on real-time feedback from our prospects, learners and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
  • Optimize landing pages, funnels, and email sequences for conversion.
  • Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with content and social teams to align messaging.
  • Run A/B tests and implement learning in future campaigns.

Required Skills:

  • Strong grasp of paid advertising, SEO, funnels, and automation tools.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy and create strategy briefs.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp/Telegram marketing and remarketing tactics.
  • Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta, or HubSpot is a plus.
