Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketer to manage our online marketing strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and trends to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Content Creation and Management: Design and oversee engaging content for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Website Management: Optimize website content, structure, and performance to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on performance metrics for all digital campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, AdWords, CRM software).
  • Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
