This is a remote position.

PeopleOS HR Partners Consulting Limited is a professional services firm specializing in the provision of end-to-end people solutions to businesses across multiple industries, including but not limited to:

  • HR as a Service: Our HR as a Service model offers flexible, cost-effective HR outsourcing, giving access to expert HR management without an in-house team. The model is targeted at Startups and Technical founders who do not have the time or resources to invest in the full HR team.
  • Recruitment Support Services: End-to-end hiring assistance, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, background checks, and onboarding support. Designed to enhance efficiency and talent quality, these services streamline recruitment processes while reducing time-to-hire and operational burden. 
  • RemoteOS: Our flexible staffing model provides access to a global talent pool, allowing clients to scale quickly. PeopleOS manages the resources while clients focus on growth.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketer (Growth Marketer) to play a key role in driving lead generation, crafting impactful marketing strategies, and enhancing our digital presence across social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. This role is ideal for a candidate. who takes ownership of strategy creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis to enhance our reach and reinforce the brands\' presence in professional services, consulting, or HR solutions. 

Summary of Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Development

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote HR services and B2B respectively.
  •  Identify target audience segments and create tailored marketing campaigns
  • Develop a roadmap for lead generation, brand positioning, and social media growth
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging digital marketing tools to optimize strategies.

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

  • Develop and run paid campaigns, email sequences, and landing pages
  • Optimize digital campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI
  • Track and nurture leads through marketing funnels to generate quality leads for HR services

Content Creation & Management

  • Create high-impact B2B content (LinkedIn articles, whitepapers, industry reports, case studies, infographics).
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting
  • Develop compelling email campaigns and SEO-driven content to boost engagement and visibility.
  • Optimize and Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility in HR services

Social Media Marketing

  • Design engagement strategies to boost followers and brand visibility
  • Track and analyze social media performance, adapting strategies and performance through CRM tools and campaign reporting.

Community Engagement & Brand Positioning

  • Build brand credibility by engaging in industry conversations on LinkedIn and Twitter (X).
  • Amplify founders, executives, and sales teams\' digital presence with engaging content.
  • Leverage user-generated content (UGC), customer testimonials, and partnerships to strengthen brand trust.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (engagement, leads, and conversions) and optimize strategies.
  • ?Provide monthly reports with data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on growth marketing and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mail chimp, Active Campaign).
  • Experience with essential marketing tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong content marketing skills (whitepapers, LinkedIn articles, case studies).
  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and proficiency in implementing strategic social media campaigns
  • Strong communication and creative thinking skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Self-starter with a knack for problem-solving and creativity – you’ll have the freedom to implement and execute the strategy! 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous working experience working with HR service companies or B2B businesses is a plus
  • ?Experience in writing compelling copies for digital campaigns and social media
