Job Description
- They are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to lead our online marketing efforts.
- The ideal candidate must understand how to attract, engage, and convert leads using digital tools and strategies tailored for the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage content creation, paid ads, and SEO to drive traffic and conversions
- Handle the company’s social media pages with consistent, engaging content
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report ROI
- Support lead generation and nurturing through email marketing and landing pages
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing goals with business targets
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing (experience in real estate is a strong advantage)
- Proficient in social media ads, Google Ads, SEO, Canva, and email marketing tools
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
